Job description
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Grower to join our high-tech greenhouse team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Grower and the growing team to ensure optimal crop performance. You will be responsible for various aspects of crop management, including climate control, irrigation, pest and disease management, and labor coordination.
The requirements
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in greenhouse horticulture who is fluent in English, both written and spoken. The ability to train and support local employees, helping them develop their technical skills, is an important part of the role.
The ideal candidate is proactive, works well in a team, and enjoys taking initiative. A sense of adventure and openness to new experiences will contribute to success in this role.
