As a recruiter in the horticulture and fruit & vegetables industry, I’ve seen first-hand how vibrant and full of opportunity this sector is. With exports at an all-time high, companies are desperate for skilled (and young) talent. The opportunities here are endless!

Schools, social media, and even the companies themselves could do more to showcase just how dynamic and forward-thinking this sector really is.
